Objective of this Unit

Bubble tea, one of the most common, and popular drinks in Taiwan. Bubble tea stands can easily be found in almost every street corner, often with people, young and old lining up for. The objective of this unit is for every student being able to order their favorite drink from the stands.

Agenda

- The unit runs from March 1 to 5.
- March ch 1- 3: Lesson will
be taught in the classroom.
- March 4: Students will be paired up and
go to different bubble tea stands near school. Each student will order drink(s)
for himself or herself or for friends while the partner films the activity.
Students then come back to the class and upload the videos to the class blog.
- March 5: The class will review the videos together and share
highlights, thoughts, or suggestions of the activity.

greetings, size, number, cold/hot, measure words

Homework

March 2 – after the class, survey family members or friends about their favorite drinks from the menu. The lists will be reviewed at the class on March 3.
